There is a very good reason that Jeff Williams has nothing but five star reviews. My first dealing with Jeff was buying my current house. Jeff was the seller's agent. Even though he clearly represented the seller, his goal was not to just work out a deal but to try to make sure that it was fair and it served the best interests everyone. How could I not respect a realtor with those kinds of values? I have found Jeff to have the highest of moral standards in EVERYTHING he does. Jeff is also very involved in the community and volunteers for many boards and community services.
After buying my current house from Jeff, I decided to sell my former residence and to liquidate my rental houses. Jeff has sold seven houses for me over the last few years including a lake house I owned in another town that I had no choice but to list with an out of town realtor. Of course Jeff has to make a living but I am thoroughly convinced that money is not his driving factor in selling real estate; it's the people.
After many dealings with Jeff, I do consider him a friend but I assure you that I am not special. If you are reading reviews of realtors to randomly find one as a buyer or a seller, I give you my personal guarantee that Jeff will treat you as if you are the most important client that he has. I would also have no reservation of contacting him on a property that he has listed as a seller's agent. I can't praise him enough. He is just that good.
